Complaint Application
Khidmat@Dehleez
The already existing complaint system known as “Khidmat@dehleez” is upgraded and add new module named “Environmental Pollution/Violations” which would cater the following Complaints:
- Abuse of Water
- Ablution Water Tanks
- Waste Water Treatment Plant at Industrial/Sugar Units
- Recycling Plants at Service Stations
- Stubble Burning
- Brick Kilns
- Polythene Bags
- Traffic Violations (Smoke Emitting Vehicles and One-Way Violations)
- Municipal Waste Burning
- Smoke Emitting Industrial Units
- Encroachment/Pollution-Green Belts/Green Verges/Green Areas
Steps to Install/Use of Application
Step 1
Download the application from Play store/ Apple store name “Khidmat ap ki dehleez pr”
Step 2
For New User, click on “Register Now” and Sign Up
Step 3
After Sign Up, the Main dashboard appears. Click on “Kidmat@dehleez
Step 4
The status page opens which shows status of previous complaints. To launch new, complain, click on “plus button”
Step 5
a. New Complaint/ Suggestion” page appears and Add “Complaint/Suggestion Type” named “Environmental Pollution/Violation”
b. After that select “sub type” relevant to issue
c. Take Picture
d. Enter detail of your complaint.
e. Press Submit Button
